Brand Profile: Pirate Kisses

Pirate Kisses banner

Pirate Kisses is a scene/emo/indie-pop style clothing brand owned and operated by Michelle Broadway out of Bath, Somerset. Founded in July 2007, the company makes apparel aimed at young people from the ages of 12 to early 20’s, both girls and guys, mainly in the UK.

Pirate Kisses draws influence from the bright colors and unique style of fashion found on the streets of Japan, especially the fashion-phenomenon of Harajuku, Japan. Because of this, their apparel is delivered with cutting-edge style and unique designs exclusive to the company. Inspired by Japanese ‘Kawaii’ and ‘Decora’ style, Pirate Kisses aims to bring the cute style, bright colors, culture, and diversity of Japan to the UK.

    Hello,
I saw the comment of Jess and am also wondering the same. Modeling a little but I’m more into designing and I like the style of your clothing and feel I could help with some ideas for new clothing. I’m only 14 but i have been designing for 2years now. I wanna grow up to design and model my own line but i need some exprience first. So if you would just be willing to let me send you some examples just to look and see if I have anything you would be intreasted in from me for modeling or designs please email me.

You guys could probably try sending them a message via myspace or facebook. That’d be a better way of getting into contact with them directly. 🙂
