Crywolf Clothing is based out of Toronto, Canada and was started in September of 2008. The company is fully independent, and designs/hand-prints all their apparel, which is available in limited quantities for purchase.
Crywolf launched their latest designs for Spring 2009 this month (February). On the first of the month, the company added 14 new shirt designs to their online store, while discontinuing most of their 2008 collection. Part of Crywolf’s appeal is that their limited quantity and hand-printed apparel allows you to sport something truly unique, covetable, and collectable.
Crywolf’s new designs very much follow the quirky and imaginative tone of their previous collections. A werewolf sporting geeky glasses, an attack of zombie bunnies, and raccoons disguised as flying bats are just a few of the new whimsical creations. “The world can be a dark place, and we like to keep things light-hearted” says one of the brand’s owners, Stephanie.
Although discontinued with only a few designs left, Crywolf’s remaining 2008 collection will be available at a discounted price on the SALE section of the website until they are sold out. Crywolf’s products are available in some retail locations in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and are quickly expanding. They only limit their carriers to one per city.
