Elated Apparel was founded by Brian “Gally” Gallagher in late 2005, along with some of his friends. Based out of Long Beach, CA, the company seeks inspiration from the streets of their city, and strives to stray from the “mold,” coloring outside the normal lines. They represent everything from “the surf to the streets.” as well as everything in between.
